What was the 'Tramp' Thing

It had a narration that opened like "(Actress's Name I forget) You Still Look Good Even dressed as a tramp!" And she was a poor person along with another male dancer.

It mentioned something like, "We'd ride a cab but we can't afford the fare!" The melody of the lyrics reminded me a bit of Oklahoma's Surrey With the Fringe on Top at times..especially that part.

Can someone help me out? I really wanna see that thing full blown now.
