Yeah he’s shooting a smith and Wesson 29 with one hand on double action his target is at least 20 yards out and he’s hitting it dead on, I’m calling BS on that, the recoil from that thing is pretty legit and it’s considered to be one of the most powerful handguns ever made
shareHe was just good. It's possible. I've seen my dad and others shoot that well, in the traditional one-handed style.
But as we all know, leaning the gun ninety degrees sideways makes it even more lethal, especially if you hold it way up high and sort of point it down.
Unless he had .44 special in there I'm calling BS

story-wise he could just hold it with 2 hands and the plot will be OK

Again if he loaded it with .44 Special I can buy that because .44 Special has pretty low recoil. .44 Magnum though, no you're gonna need two hands.
