There's a feature right here on IMDb where you can look on the main page for a movie or TV show, and up in the top right-hand corner it says whether or not it is available on DVD or VHS from amazon. It says that this movie is available on VHS.

I know that it's been almost two years, but I had something to add.
Today I saw the DVD of this movie on the "$10 DVDs" rack at a supermarket in the United States.
So, it's finally available on DVD!

Also way late on this, but it can be streamed from Netflix.
