Rain Song has a special place for me, but oh i could go on and on. Black Dog another, Kashmir, there are few that i dislike,. No one responds much on this board I see,,, I got no replys to my post. Oh well, never mind. You have good taste for a 13 year old, mind you thats when i was starting to get into them too.....lol.
If your ever interested in some extra info on Zep or Jimmy , there is a site called Jimmy Page Online. Its a gooden.

I'll go with No Quarter, Kashmere, What Is and What Should Never Be...no way I can pick just one. I love the live versions of The Song Remains the Same, and Moby Dick. Bonham blows me away, and always has. They all bring back fantastic memories, and I started listening to them 32 years ago, when I was 13. Now, my 12 year old son is into them. He makes a mama proud. :)

Deffinatly Achilles' Last Stand, just perfect in every way.

reply

Well it WOULD be Kashmir but stupid P. Diddy or Puff Daddy or Sean Combs (or whatever name he goes by now) ruined it with his stupid cover. Recently though, I've become obsessed with "Hey Hey What Can I Do." I think if I could only pick just one song though, "When the Levee Breaks" would be it. But in reality, my favorite Zeppelin song changes almost daily. And I really do like "Kashmir."

reply

Dude, "The OCEAN!"

I'll have to go with you on the na na na na part. I love it but my favirote that never changes would be Kashmir. My everyday changing one would have to be in the light. I also like the lyrics to travelling riverside blues at the end :)' I started getting into Led Zeppelin at about 12 but I've been listening to Robert Plant since I was a baby. My mom use to sing Sea of Love to me before I could walk.

reply

ALL OF THEM.. I like the lesser radio played

The Rover

Down By The Seaside.

two underplayed and underrated songs by the worlds best Band Ever..

reply

Favourite song? Over all, I guess I would choose "WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS"...

But from TSRTS, I guess it would be either "THE RAIN SONG" or "BLACK DOG"

reply

Hey Hey What Can I Do?

reply

I'm a big fan of all of their stuff but my favorite 3 are probably "over the hills and far away", "ramble on", and "the song remains the same" but like i said anything from zep i love.

reply

The Rover, When The Levee Breaks, Black Dog, Out On The Tiles, Immigrant Song... then the more known ones such as Dazed And Confused, Communication Breakdown, The Ocean, Tangerine, Moby Dick... and of course the obvious ones as well... like Stairway To Heaven... etc...

Like everyone else, I'm a fan of pretty much all of their music, but I tend to listen to the blues songs the most:

The Lemon Song
Bring it on Home
How Many more Times

reply

Then there's always:
GOOD TIMES BAD TIMES.
Short but sweet.

reply

My faves are:

Bron-Y-Aur Stomp
Heartbreaker
Houses Of The Holy
Misty Mountain Hop
No Quarter
Nobody's Fault But Mine
Over The Hills And Far Away
The Battle Of Evermore
Your Time Is Gonna Come

LOL, that sure is a lot. What can I say? Led Zeppelin owns.

reply

Have had many, but I'll come back to my first fav and say Dazed and Confused.

reply

My Faves are Since I've Been Loving You, Kashmir, Immigrant Song, Achilles Last Stand, Wanton Song, How Many More Times. Often hard to separate, really, it often depends on how I'm feeling on the day.

Raydom, if ur 13, then you have great taste in music. It warms my heart to hear about teenagers getting into Led Zep, who ceased to exist a quarter of a century ago.

Actually, as I type this I'm listening to Dazed and Confused from TSRTS. Pretty hard to go past this too.

reply

My faves are Kashmir and No Quarter.

reply

only one tangerine? WHAT THE HELL

But my list would probably be:

Achilles Last Stand
Babe I'm Gonna Leave you
Hey Hey What Can I Do
Tangerine

But from TSRTS, Stairway

THAT SOLO KICKS SO MUCH ASS

reply

What about Kashmir, Black Dog or Ocean??????
