Tommy Lee Jones Voice Dubbed? SPOILERS

Tommy Lee Jones plays Highway Patrolman Jimmy Hutton, who is gunned down by a wounded fugitive (shot during an armed robbery). I know he's young, but only slightly younger than in ROLLING THUNDER and COAL MINER'S DAUGHTER; his voice sounds completely different, no trace of southern accent. I think his brief lines of dialogue may have been dubbed.
