Most of the main cast and crew has now passed away

I know, it sucks. Makes me feel like my nails in my coffin are just getting that much closer when so many I grew up watching have passed on already. I hate it.

I suppose the film is 40 years old, but that is a lot of the characters gone.

Clifton James - 2017 (96 years old - Really good run)

Ned Beatty is the last survivor: Fred Willard passed away in May 2020.

I've found one more cast member who as of December 2021 is still with us:

Valerie Curtin, who plays the unnamed woman George keeps trying to avoid (she mixes her own perfume) in the first half of the movie.

J.A. Preston, who was also in Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins, is also still alive.
