Anyone remember this movie featuring a different vhs cover?

When the movie was "popular" here in norway this movie (vhs) had a different cover based on the genere of pretty much all of the movies at the time..
I mean there was helicopters, ninjas(!?), Rambo-like people and lots more all on the vhs cover label.
my friends and I found this pretty cool until we saw the movie and finding none of the things above was in the movie.
Does anyone remember this or is it mainly here in norway this was the case..?

Its only a small pic there unfortunately, but have a look. I dont think its got all that rubbish you mentioned... its just a red white and black pic of a silhouette victim in someones crosshairs.

Wouldnt surprise me if it had a different cover in Norway :)

I remember when the movie first came out and there was a picture of E Borgnine getting shot in the the entertainment section of the newspaper...
