What is this movie about, anyway?

I doubt anyone will read this :-), but I had to ask-

Having seen the bits and pieces in the 'Kung Pow' movie by Steve Oedekerk, I got curious about the original...especially when he said in the Commentary voice-over that in the original movie, Master Pain/Betty(Fei Lung is his real name; it doesn't give his character name for the org. movie) was a "good" guy(I think that's what he said).

So, if someone sees this, and you've seen the original, please post with a summary of the movie! Pretty please? =) Thanks! (Or even where I can find a copy of the movie would be helpful too!)
