Boy returns home from military just in time to lay down the law on neighborhood toughs who have an inclination for trouble and Home Invasions. The military hero has the support of the old head guys as well. Both movies have similar synopses.

There were quite a number of actual action movies that had that plot during the heyday of blaxploitation. Some came out before this movie.
