How did Walter Know Where Robert Would Be That Night? (Spoiler)

At the end, when Walter's having dinner with Barlach, was it made clear how Walter knew where Robert would be driving in his tuxedo that night? I may have missed it in the dialogue, but it wasn't clear to me. If anyone can provide info, I'd appreciate it!
