The Courtroom scene

I've seen this film 2 or 3 times.

I consider the courtroom scene,with no dialogue,only reaction shots and the beautiful mandolin music to be among the best film sequences in history.

You don't need dialogue when you have acting and editing as good as that.

I agree wholeheartedly. This scene told a story simply through gestures and eye movements of the characters. Paqualino, those "seven beauties", the mother, the lawyer... My goodness, not to sound hyperbolic, this has to rank up there with one of the best scenes in cinematic history.
