So where's the region 1 DVD?

There's plenty of great movies that haven't yet been issued on dvd, but to me this one seems significant in it's absence. Does anyone have any info on when/if we can expect to see it released, or any solid reasons for the delay?

Almost wet my pants when I saw that it comes out December 13th! FINALLY! :D Christopher Walken and Jeff Goldblum in the same movie...and a funny one at that. :) I NEED this one.

can i just say that there isn't a region 2 dvd
i really wanna see this film :(:(

They're also both in Annie Hall and The Sentinel (for about five seconds each).
