Deaf maid doesn't do anything?

If someone hires me as some deaf maid to cook for a dinner party, I would definitely start preparing a big meal regardless of if anyone specifically TELLS me to do so.

It makes no sense that she assumes that they don't need for her to do anything just because she doesn't receive specific orders. You're hired, you're at your workplace, DO SOMETHING! Why does she just sit around? Does that seem logical to her?

MAKES NO SENSEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I HATE when things don't make sense in movies, it's like no one thinks anything through.

She was also the murderer, you know.

I don't know. I mean, the movie is so confusing about who is what, that it's hard to just 'know' anything.

Regardless if she's the murderer or not, wouldn't it at least be SUSPICIOUS that she does nothing? Why would she even play deaf if all it does it make her seem suspicious? It STILL makes no sense, try again.

My points still stand. She is hired, whether it's her cover or not, for all intents and purposes, she is HIRED TO DO WORK.
