Harry Truman picture?

Above Harry's chair in his office, we saw a photo of Harry Truman! Why Truman? Was he President when the company was founded, and they just never got around to changing the pic to the current President?

Edit to add: Later in the movie, Mother does tell Fishbine to "Give 'em hell, Harry!" So maybe the photo is to remind him to do just that! LOL!
