Where 2 paramedics (one black guy and one white guy) get called up to a house and are greeted with a shotgun wielding female junkie, only for the Junkie to shoot the white guy and then shoot herself? Also there was a scene where one of the hick cops tries to blame it all on the black paramedic despite the obvious evidence to the contrary. Is it from this movie?

He doesn't try to blame Mother (Cosby) for the murder - Mother is not supposed to have a handgun in the ambulance and the rookie cop (they're not hicks) says excitedly "He'll lose his licence for sure!". The older cop/sheriff (who is friends with Mother) tells him to leave it be and the matter goes no further.
