Correct running length?

I have noticed two supposed running times for the film, one being 106 min. which is the version I have on the Anchor Bay release of the VHS and 119 min. which is stated for the Home Vision DVD release that I am waiting on. I would assume that 119 min. is the proper and full length but noticed that when this was presented at MoMA a few years back supposedly from May's personal 35 mm print that it was the 106 min. version. Is there a true 119 min. version that HVE has released with extended scenes and added footage or is the extra 13 minutes just indicative of the special feature interviews? Thanks for any input.
