How many Admirals?

If you look at the cast, there's like a dozen Admirals. I mean c'mon! Somebody had to steer the ships didn't they?

After a quick scan, I believe only one is fictitious. That one is Harry Pearson.

 Entropy ain't what it used to be.

maybe it was like that episode of 'Get Smart" where all the Chiefs got together..
