You gotta love Arthur the scrawny librarian.

Most of us would wimp out and say, “Thanks for bringing the book back” as they haze him and wreck the library. But not Arthur, no matter how many times those school bullies have stomped his ass he still tells them “That’ll be 20 cents please”. In his World no one is above paying for an overdue library book. If there were more men like him, willing to stand up for what they believe is right, the World would be a better place.
