Great news!
The soundtrack to this film has had a public release and is currently available from Amazon. Search for "The Film Music of Allyn Ferguson."
Composer Allyn Ferguson (died June, 2010) was one of the greatest writers of music television in the '70s and '80s, and now some of his great work is available on CD. The disc pairs music from this film with music from another Chamberlain - Dumas adaptation, The Count of Monte Cristo.
Just FYI for anyone who enjoyed the soundtrack...
