Question on similar movies

I am not interested in similar movies w.r.t. plot, or likewise.

My interest is in movies with the same perspective: seemingly objectively watching the hero for an hour and a half, not knowing that what one sees is *not* the observation of the hero, but what the hero would think happens to him.
One has to go at least once through the whole movie to understand this, but then it is getting ever better, with the second or third time watching. Amazing.

So my question is about any other movie that so consequently does seemingly follow from the outside, while actually (almost) everything is seen through the eyes of the hero.
I pity that this isn't carried through totally consequently throughout. Some scenes fall out of this perspective, and are seen through the physical eyes, especially towards the end. And *then*, it gets wrong, and ugly. Those scenes are inspired by El, by Buñuel. Only, Buñuel is much funnier with this, and the switch is much clearer. This doesn't make The Tenant any worse; I only consider these scenes as less than excellent. It might have been better to keep the pretended outside observation throughout.

Again my question: Does anybody know of a movie with a similar 'inside perspective shot from the outside'? Thanks in advance!

Isn't it best to reserve judgement on the trustworthiness of absolutely every narrator? After all, that is the path down which madness lurks... And madness is the most fun of all
