Classical music played during limo scene?

It's also played a couple other times in the film if I'm not mistaken, I know it's a very famous piano riff and I'd love to know the name of it so I could at least find another version of it, if not the one used in the film. Anybody know the name? Also, is the version used in Bookie available anywhere? Thanks a million.
