The blood on his clothes at the end of the movie, it looks nothing like blood. Blood on dark, absorbent material like that would be barely visible, it would just look like a faint stain, maybe with some glisten to it if it caught the light, rather than bright splotches and stripes of orange.

I think not only was he bleeding to death, but he was waiting outside of the club at the end of the picture for the arrival of Italian gangesters, chinesse gangesters or the police.
