DVD, anyone?

Does anyone know if this is available anywhere? I know it's been available off and on at Amazon and Play.com for instance (in a double pack with another Tanner feature Le milieu de monde something), I think it was a French issue. At any rate, if anyone knows where I can get it, would be much appreciated (preferably with English subs, but French subs would do too). Thanks!
