Simply a great film

Not that ppl sympathise with Nazis but a lot of the wiermacht were just basic young men drafted to fight..

Sure they were made hardened by war but I doubt the majority had such fanatical views as "allied PR" suggest..

Maybe it's just the ability of being objective to a historic war. But if such a film like this masterpiece was tried with Isis it would just be hell for all involved.

But time heals all winds I supposed and in the future such films will be written of the child-young men caught up fighting for isis.
