Wiki's summary----MAJOR SPOILERS!

The summary of Full Circle on Wikipedia ends like this:

At home, Julia sees Olivia in the bathroom mirror, then in the living room on the floor playing with the clown toy. She takes it from her, offers her a hug and asks her to stay with her. The scene fades and we hear the toy fall. Julia comes back into view, bleeding to death from cuts on her neck, seemingly made by the sharp cymbals.

Even though Julia cuts her finger on the cymbals early in the film--- did any of you think that's where her wounds came from? It didn't even cross my mind.

I actually did know exactly that that was where the cuts came from. Right before, we see Olivia reach for the cymbals, and Julia cautions "Shaaaarp!" softly to her.
I just figured evil Olivia was going to do something sinister at least, with that toy.

But the sound of the cymbals 'slicing' Julia, is so quick & soft, you have to listen hard (and have volume way up) to hear it.
This film was of old-school film quality, at least the copy I have is poor, so I had the volume jacked up.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."

Is THAT what she said!???!!! Wow---I couldn't figure it out and didn't have time to rewind to listen again. If I had heard her say that I wouldn't have even posted.

Thanks---- I'm definitely going to watch it again.

What a freakin' surprise this movie was. Ghost stories, for me, usually start from a great premise and set up and then falter in the conclusion and wrap up. Not this one!

The ending of the movie is quite simply stunning. But it's not just the ending that's exceptional. It's the whole thing. Of course there are things here and there---but overall this is an excellent, excellent movie.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
