I think it is Lauren Simon--based on process of elimination (Colleen Camp is Franco's Date in the Mercedes at the gas station, and Linda Vaughn is Plan Alpha, the busty blonde that distracts Franco near the end of the race), plus looking at her IMDb picture (though she is much older in it).
