Grizzly vs. Jason Vorhees.
The Grizzly is bigger and stronger and has those teeth and claws.
Jason is un-killable and seems to regenerate injuries.
So who would win?
Hulk or Superman since both could just easily pickup and fling Grizzly or Jason into either the Sun or a black-hole, and there's no coming back from either. Jason's abilities would be useless against them. Both Supes and Hulk would make it impossible for Jason to comeback from the dead.
