The music reminded me of the music from "The Eiger Sanction."

I think it is the same theme from the Dunwich Horror (1970). I think AIP reused/recycled a lot of music from their other films.

I don't know about "classic score". I just thought much like the movie it served, it was terrible.🐭

Yeah this. It was typical of many movies of that period, loud intrusive music over every action scene until you had a headache, absolutely no nuance to it whatsoever.
