Who plays the Network President?

The actor who represents the network, does anyone know who he is? He has such a deep and familiar voice, he must have done commercials. He's with Woody, representing him at the meeting at the end of the film. he's trying to get him to cut a deal with the committee. I don't think his name was mentioned in the film or at least not the hacked up version I saw on This TV.
