I have just come from an event at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival where they did just that. The films coming up in the season are Night of the Lepus and The Thing with Two Heads. Showing at the Astor Theatre for the next two Friday nights at 10.15pm.

Too bad you never learned how to spell the word "sux" over the course of the subsequent decades. This film is a celebration of the local broadcast TV channels that used to show movies like this, The Changeling, and SSSSSSSSS when I was a kid (in the 80s). I feel sorry for kids today, given that those channels pretty much no longer exist.

Food Of the Gods didn't get the MST3K treatment, but Burt's previous journey into The Food of the Gods territory "Village Of The Giants" did, during the post-Joel years of the show.

Gallipoli, Gallipoli,
Gallipoli, Gallipoli,
Gallipoli, Gallipoli,
Gallipoli.....

At least RiffTrax could give it the treatment (The online successor to MST3K).
