Is it a good movie?

Not really. The premise is fine enough to assume it could at least be entertaining, but I struggled to stay awake.

It was a little longer than it needed to be, and the end was sanctimonious BS which ruined it for me. It had its good parts and overall is an average film that's worth a watch, but not good enough for personal collection... not mine anyway.

Good? no but its so bad its kind of good if that makes any sense.

I think it is, with a few faults.
But it might not seem so on video as there are no good transfers available.
Nothing in HD — they all pretty much suck.

We’re unlikely to see a modern 4K Dolby Vision transfer from the negative as the movie is public domain.
