The Eagle Has Left The Building in Shame

Dear Lord what a colossal stinker of a film.

It amazes me that a good director like Sturges who created the brilliant "The Great Escape" could possibly have been involved in such a dire production.

Poor direction, weak screenplay, shocking editing, dreadful pacing and totally uninspired acting. Donald Sutherland was beyond a joke - I thought he made the whole film look like a joke. In fact most of the actors looked bored out of their skulls and clearly wanted out of this farce of a film.

The only saving grace were the visuals and explosions. Everything else stunk.
