Singing

Goldie Hawn is given credit for singing "Please don't touch my plums," but neither rendition (dance hall or the Mormon interview) sounded at all like her voice. I know the voices were almost always dubbed after the filming finished, but the dubbing for the singing seemed especially off.

You've got it backward — singing voices aren't dubbed after filming. Unless performed live, a vocal is recorded, and then the actor mimes to the pre-recorded track (whether it's their own voice or a dubber's). The vocals here are Hawn's — as is the poor miming. (The terrible sound mix and editing doesn't help either.) Hawn's singing voice can also be heard in The First Wives Club, Everyone Says I Love You, and a variety of television specials (see YouTube, example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibBtNfy6_90).
