Utterly Brilliant Modern Classic

Well not really. But definitely fun. My personal favourite scene would be the part where one of the cops wears a lady's hat. Just...confusing.

Anyone else got favourites?

Yeah, the part where I saw the end credits come up...

I thought the ending was pretty daring actually.

The killer can only be one of two characters. The obvious one, or the one we have no reson to suspect. It pulls off something unexpected. Sure it's a dull movie, but I appreciated the ending. I would have appreciated it more if I had seen it in a Drive-In (as a double feature, because it's really not strong enough on its own).

im not sure i understood the ending. so the killer's identity wasn't actually revealed?

::SPOILER:: The killer has to be the owner of the drive in. THe guy they say is in Florida and he used to own the carnival and owned the swords that Germy was carrying around at the end in the suit case.

I thought the owner of the drive-in got killed at the end, showing us that it wasn't him after all. I thought the killer was that weird maintenance guy (who pretended to help the cops)?

I believe that was the manager of the theater. If I'm not mistaken, it said the actual owner lives in Hawaii at the moment. Anyways, I really enjoyed this film as well. The ending makes the whole film worthwhile and the fact that they never reveal the killer's true identity is very creepy to me. I am surprised to see it has a 2.6/10 rating on here. I think it deserves at least a 6.

I've been waiting for you, Ben.

Agreed. This film is a truly glorious work of choice cruddy 70's exploitation art.
