Streaming Anywhere?

I've been trying to see this movie for years. I'm not interested in buying it cause it may well suck. Plus I just don't purchase DVDs anymore. Years ago I started to watch it on Encore but then had to leave and figured "ah, it'll be on again" and I am still waiting for it to come "on again." I'd love to see it, I like American Graffiti type films which this obviously seemed to be. Anyone know if it's streaming anywhere?
