wtf did the sea have 2 do with anything?
like it kept showing quick scenes of the sea with some rocks with waves splashing on the rocks late at night then again later on with a slight zoom in
but to me this had no purpose what so ever lol

I dunno how familiar you are with giallo films, but they throw in little artful and seemingly unrelated shots in those films all the time. The atmosphere of this movie reminded me a lot of giallos from the 70's so I think it was just a reference.
sharePercival Ruben's The Demon is no Giallo.
Death Is The Road To awe...
You have got to be kidding. Most Giallo films are artful representations of human depravity. This film is just an insipid mix of....well I don't know. But it has Cameron Mitchell in it and some really badly edited action scenes. Plus a heroine who puts a shower screen on plus a shower cap, stabs a psycho in the throat and then screams a lot. Argento it ain't.
I'm not sure what the sea had to do with anything. Maybe Percival whoever just liked the ocean.
