I cant believe this movie has so few discussions...

Friends, I see that the official release of this movie is listed as March of '76. Okay, I believe it. But I seem to remember seeing it the last week of August, MAYBE the first week of September of that year, probably a day or two before school started, and just before my 10th birthday. Considering how low-budget this thing was, I'm not surprised. I doubt they had too many prints in the can. When they would dry up their audience in one market, they'd probably send it to the next. I live in Saint Louis, and everything here is usually about 6 months behind. I loved the movie, despite the creature hardly being seen. I'll never forget the line, "Hamburger, french fries, and a Coke". Amen to that!!!! An interesting thing is that a local station seemed to show this on the late show once a year, right around the same time. The last week or so before school started. How the hell that worked out is beyond me. But I would love to see this released by, oh... say, "BLUE UNDERGROUND". That would be a treasure!!!!! BLUE UNDERGROUND!!!!! Are you guys reading this?!?!?!
