What is the original language track for this movie?

I just saw "Il corsaro nero" on a TV channel called Zone Europe, but the Italian track underneath the Polish dialogue list was very distracting. I could clearly see that Kabir Bedi spoke English in his dialogue scenes, and the film was evidently dubbed, but from which language? I am under an impression that when I saw it at a cinema as a kid, the movie was in English (unless I'm just mistaking it with "The Crimson Pirate" starring Burt Lancaster - I think both swashbucklers may have been on in Polish theatres at roughly the same time).

Does anybody have a clue about the original language track? There are no DVD details available so I'm at a loss...

Cheers!

Italian movies of that era were shot without sound for more than one reason (one of them being they often had a cast made out of people speaking up to 7 or 8 different native languages), so there was no such thing as "original language" but "original dubbing" maybe and the Italian track underneath the Polish dialogue you were hearing was such.
