New region 2 release

Does anybody know if the new region 2 release has been cut? The BBFC website says no cuts were made to the version submitted (which of course may have been already cut) and gives a running time of 105m 64s. The IMDB gives a running time of 110m, but there's no guarantee that's right.
Also, the region 2 release is missing the behind the scenes feature that is on the region 1. Is this worth the purchase?

Don't forget that our PAL system runs faster than NTSC (I think about 4%) so the time seems correct.

That's not necessarily true - the faster running time only applies to films that aren't properly converted (ala ultra low budgeters).

If you properly convert - the run time should in fact be the same; and audio no reason to be pitch shifted :-)

I've never heard of that, but you seem to know your onions...so I bow to your superior knowledge!

The Alchemist is the machine used most commonly for this process to not change run-time. It just manipulates the frames - hence; avoiding the audio pitch/sync issues.

Although - as I said - many films (including ones I've mastered) - can't afford that option - as it's usually $300 or so extra a title for HD Alchemy conversion!
