The more you look at it, the more it reminds you of Police Academy which gets me think is this where Police Academy got there idea for this? Though of course bigger difference is Police Academy is actually funny.
sharepossibly. i always thought the police Academy films resembled the Carry Ons abit. but this one is a sort of pale shadow of the first carry On film 'Carry On Sergeant' which is much funnier, and might also be considered an influence on Police scademy, as might the fourth Carry On film 'Carry On Constable' which is actually about incompetent policemen who make good in the end.
