I found this DVD on ebay and just got it today. I was all smiles watching it again. It reminds me of my Mom and my friends in a (almost) past life. Haha

Yes, the acting is not the greatest, the vocals don't match the acters, but I still love it.

It's not a film to be taken seriously. It's a fun film from my childhood and I will enjoy watching it time and time again.

It's a great time capsule of a film. Most of the leads are very cute kids. The plot was actually quite good and worked below the surface as well. Loved the songs too, but I was a big Paul Williams fan growing up. I watch it about once a year but I am looking for a DVD with commentary or maybe a documentary.
