I cant believe i've actually found out the name of this film because i saw it years ago and have asked people about it since but no one ever has a clue what im on about! The only thing i could remember about it was the blue birds so i googled that and actually found it!!

Now.. i just need to find a copy of it somewhere :]

I'm in the same boat. I had searched everything I could remember about the movie and found nothing for years. Just did a character search for "Father Time" on a whim and BAM!
