Girl's megaphone scene?

As I was watching this (wonderful) movie last night, I was struck by an overwhelming sense of deja vu during the scene where the girl, (Sylvie, I think it was), cries out, "I'm hungry" with the megaphone. I thought, 'Where have I seen this scene before?' I am almost positive I saw it in another movie, like some characters were watching this scene from "Small Change." Not some kind of recreation or homage in another, but this exact scene.

Does anyone have any idea what movie (or possibly TV show) I saw this scene in? Or am I just imagining all this?

i don't know, i didn't get a deja vu, but it was SO funny haha :)

I didn't get a deja vu either, but I did remark on the little girl's lack of acting ability. Sure, she was a sweetie and a cutiepie, but the way she said "J'ai faim, j'ai faim" didn't express any emotion whatsoever.

But it was an awfully cute scene. Boy, is she gonna get it when her parents come home!

I asked the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

She didn't express any emotion because she was faking it, duh. It. was. deliberate.

And those provincial French. Are. Just. So. Gullible.

but that was probably the only scene in which her lack of emotion was deliberate...
