I keep reading behind the scenes stories of how Robert Redford was a big part of putting the film together. That it was his idea and everything. So how come he doesn't get a producer's credit or any other behind the scenes credit?

I just started watching and right in the beginning it says a Robert Redford (and some one else's name) film.
