Is 'Alice' finally available on DVD?

R2? R1? Anywhere? This is an excellent, weird & creepy movie by an important director so its unavailability is kind of surprising.

I have a DVDR from superhappyfun.com. Caveat emptor -- the movie is from a VHS source, and there's no subtitles. (Granted, it sez all that in the product description on the site, but who reads product descriptions?)

Is it possible to follow the movie at all, if you don't understand French?? I was looking at possibly purchasing the version from superhappyfun myself, but baulked at the idea of no English subs ...
