...for me was the castration/mutilation at the end and when she hurt that child. The sex didn't bother me at all, in fact they were some really emotional scenes. I'm just bothered mostly by messed up violence.
By the way, I rated this a 9/10. And I don't give positive ratings very easily.

I wasn't really bothered by the castration scene, Ive seen worse in film and he knew what he was getting into when he asked Sada to choke him. I think what disturbed me the most was the scene at the beginning when the little kids were throwing snow at the homeless mans junk and he gets up and goes after Sada thinking he recognized her. That just seemed really kinda scary to me.

In the Blu-Ray commentary there's some "film historian" trying to justify the scene where she grabs the little kid's dick saying they were surprised by how offensive people found it.
