Prosthetic penis?

At least once during the film it appeared as if the penis she was sucking on was fake. I just finished watching "Sex Is Comedy" in which there's an entire scene about using a prosthetic penis for a love making scene. Anyone else wonder if such a prosthetic device was used in this film?

It looked all real to me. The guy as kinda small, as is typical of japanese men.

I'm assuming the one she cut off wasn't real. There's only so much you can ask from your actors...
