Where's the DVD?

It's really depressing that the bulk of choice cheesy 70's drive-in movies the late, great, sorely missed Claudia Jennings starred in aren't currently available on DVD. "'Gatorbait" is a good example of what I'm talking about, an enjoyably trashy piece of vintage 70's low-budget grindhouse sleaze with Claudia in fine fiery'n'fiesty form as a smart and sexy Cajun gal who exacts a harsh revenge on her odious male tormentors. This flick, along with such excellent Jennings favorites as "Unholy Rollers," "Truck Stop Women," and "Moonshine County Express," really needs to come out on DVD already. In fact, a box set of all four aforementioned features would be just swell.

I kind of like my copy of Gatorbait on VHS.

Would be nice if Paramount could release a double feature with this and it's sequel.

A Company named Panama Films will be releasing Gator Bait on DVD, I called the number listed on the site (352-601-3556) and was told they are the original makers of Gator Bait and all of the home video rights had expired thus reverting the rights back to them. They are in the process of putting together an investor group to release Gator Bait on DVD along with:

-Bloody Friday
-Delta Fox
-On the air live with Captain Midnight
-Flash and Firecat
-Rocktober Blood
-The Hitch Hikers
-Red White & Blue

Thank you for the link. I have watched my VHS copy so many times that I don't think it is going to last much longer. I wish they would list an actual date of the release, but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
