Saw this

The Alamo here in Austin screened a horribly washed-out 35mm print of this as a midnighter. It was one of the most memorable films they showed. You eventually got used to the crappy visuals and became engrossed in the film itself. That says a lot. Glad to see it has made its way to DVD. The, er, shotgun to the, erm, let's just say wimmin's part is enough to keep this flick alive, but it is actually both well written and well acted. Definitely a sleeper surprise.
