Apparently - UkDrama are negotiating buying the series - as they did Secret Army.

I bought the dvds of this series earlier this year and it seems as good as ever.

Dvds were a bit on the expensive side, but were well worth it. I had forgotten how good the programme was. Quality, right through.

I want something's flesh!

I'm so glad I thought to check out this show here, and happily learned it's on DVD!

I think I must have seen this show not long after it first aired (we usually got them a bit behind the UK airings. I still remember it after all these years...er, DECADES!! I can still hear the signature theme and remember alot of the words! lol

Glad to find that some people still remember this show as fondly as I do!

Even though this series is over 30 plus years old,i did*nt bother to watch it but could always remember the music to it.It is now being repeated on the Yesterday Channel and i have become hooked....The hardships,difference in class,,.It really is a joy to watch...
